Golf courses and driving range in Northern Virginia near DC


Golf is a lifelong sport that encourages good manners, creates friendships, embraces nature and the outdoors, and is a fantastic way for all ages to have fun, socialize and get healthy! And in August, Golf Fairfax will be celebrating National Golf Month! From par 3 to championship length, there are courses for social players, beginners and seasoned players. Choose from seven courses ideally located throughout the county, five driving ranges, and free putting and chipping greens on all courses. All classes are open year round, weather permitting. Here are 10 ways to celebrate National Golf Month in Fairfax County this August.

Bring the whole family for a round of Burke Lake, Jefferson, Oak Marr or Pinecrest Golf in August for Family Golf Month. Parents pay their part and accompanying children and adolescents (aged 5 to 17) receive their part for free! Valid Monday to Friday all day and weekends after 1 p.m. Limited to one child per paying adult.

Practice makes perfect

Go to one of our practice to relax and work on your swing! Explore the two-story Burke Lake Golf Center lineup with LED lighting, covered and heated bays, and enhanced food and beverage options. Don’t miss the updated range of the Oak Marr Golf Resort, featuring lush Bermuda Sod and LED lighting. Both are open late, with the last buckets sold out at 9:30 p.m.!
